We cater to the needs of each guest and provide á la carte services to create an experience that’s as comfortable and similar to home as possible. Our trained staff truly loves animals and will treat your pet as part of our family.
Our suites and dog runs are climate-controlled and feature a state-of-the-art heated flooring system. Twice a day, we use a pressure washer to thoroughly clean and sanitize the dog suites and dog runs with a hospital-grade disinfectant. Our gutter flushing system carries the waste directly out of the facility. We require a copy of current vaccination records from a veterinarian for each guest. Food is provided to all guests, at no extra charge, however, we do recommend bringing food from home to keep your dog’s diet consistent.
Multi-dog families are eligible for a discount of 25% for the second dog and 50% for the third dog, if all guests board in the same run or suite.
Reserve a suite for the ultimate luxury experience for your dog. Full-length glass and stainless steel doors allow our guests to observe the goings-on of the facility as they lounge on fresh bedding. Each suite includes a wall-mounted TV and water bowls that are replenished regularly. All guests in suites receive two daily walks in the outdoor play yard. We offer three different sizes to accommodate guests of all sizes and multi-dog families.
Our dog runs feature a pet cot and wall-mounted water bowls. Individual play and potty areas are divided by a doggie door to simulate indoors and outdoors. The chain link fence dividing the runs allows our guests to see their neighbors. We offer two sizes to fit the needs of your pup.

For our feline guests, we offer suites and cottages. Although cats may seem like low-maintenance creatures, we understand how a disruption to routine be stressful for a cat. To minimize the stress, our suites and cottages are separated by solid walls that muffle unfamiliar sounds, and include elevated lounging shelves and hiding spaces. To keep things consistent for your cat, we encourage you to bring your own food, however, we will provide food at no extra cost.
Our cat suites feature two levels for added playing space, along with a scratching post or climbing tree. Litter boxes are cleaned twice daily. We require a copy of current vaccination records from a veterinarian for each guest.
